On paper, I am a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist (I-ACT). and a Certified Nutritional Consultant. My course work has included metabolic typing, blood type nutrition, colon hydrotherapy, life coach training, anatomy and physiology, digestive pathologies, and colon flora imbalances. I have studied in-depth how to use nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes for balancing individual biochemistry, internal cleansing, and reaching optimal health.

In my heart, I am a healthy person who has spent the past years fighting for my life in a quest to overcome a chronic illness that included a systemic yeast overgrowth, environmental illnesses, depression, addiction, and severe digestive difficulties. My search led me through both conventional and alternative medicines. There is nothing more important to me than my emotional and physical health.

I am painfully aware of the difficulties that accompany chronic illness and emotional imbalances. But, because of it, I have a job that I love. In this job, I take my difficulties, learn from them, and then teach others how to overcome similar difficulties. This is blessed work. It was also lonely, scary, and economically devastating. Through this process, my passion has been ignited for assisting others to be optimally healthy now and for many years to come.

I have been particularly interested in learning how to assist people with health problems that aren't being fully addressed by modern medicine. These difficulties include irritable bowel syndrome, colon cancer, allergies, chronic sinus infections, prostatitis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Candida related complex, food intolerances, constipation, and depression.

The first truth of healing that I want all people to know is that the body is an ingenious and efficient organism that is designed to heal. In other words, every one of our cells is always striving toward optimal health. Unfortunately, we get in the body's way, usually with our lifestyle choices, which often causes chronic backaches, headaches, emotional ups and downs, painful menstrual cycles, gas and bloating, and many more biochemical imbalances that we all call "aging". As you come to know what it means to take care of yourself so that you feel great most days, you will realize that these aren't inevitable signs of aging, but rather clear communication from your body that you need to change your lifestyle. When the body is given the right fuel and right environment to work, it will heal and maintain health.

The health care system in which most people currently rely on was built from the practical foundation of emergency medicine. During times of war or epidemic outbreaks, the tools of surgery, antibiotics, and drugs were, and are, lifesavers. Today, most people don’t end up in their doctor’s office because of an epidemic. Today, most people end up in their doctor’s office because they are not taking care of themselves properly. Most people simply need to make a few easy changes.
